City of Sturgis Electric has responded to a request for mutual aid to assist with electrical outages in Florida as a result of Hurricane Ian.  The City sent two line workers, Brett VanZandt and Robert Risk, who are currently working in Clewiston, Florida.  The Electric Department expects them to be down in Florida and potentially other areas impacted by the storms for an extended period of time.  Thank you to Sturgis Electric, Brett, and Robert for helping in this emergency situation.
