Run Water Advisory Issued

Run Water Advisory Issued
0Comments

City of Bronson issued the following announcement on Feb. 3.

Effective immediately for City water customers, please begin running a small stream of water from one water faucet in your home or business approximately 1/4 inch diameter (the size of a pencil).

The bathtub is a good place to do this as it is less likely to be turned off. The weather forecast calls for an extended cold spell for the next week. Running a small stream of water is intended to help prevent the water service from freezing. This “Run Water Advisory” be in effect beginning on February 3, 2022 to February 10, 2022 (subject to change with weather forecast).

Billing adjustments will be made on a case by case basis and will be based on previous water usage history. If you have any questions, please contact us at the City Office during normal business hours 8 am – 5 pm M-F at 517-369-7334.
