Sergeant Fillmore has served with the BCSO for 28 years!

He lives in Branch County with his wife and has 5 children and several grandchildren. He enjoys DIY woodworking, home improvement projects and his herd of Shih Tzus.

What he loves most about working at the BCSO is that he is able to learn something new every day and is able to help those who need it.

Sergeant Fillmore wishes that the community knew that most of the employees at the BCSO were born and raised in the community and have a genuine interest in contributing in a positive way to make it a better place to live.

Thank you for your leadership and service to the citizens of Branch County, Sergeant Fillmore!
