Village of Quincy issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
Quincy Chamber of Commerce Scarecrow Contest
Open to all Businesses, Community Members and Student Classes
Important Dates:
- Oct 12 through Oct 18: Registration Period
- Oct 25: Display must be in place
- Oct 31: Chamber Voting / Winner Announced
- Nov 8: Display needs to be removed
First Place Prize: $100 to each category winner for first place
