Sherwood Branch Library recently issued the following announcement.

Teen Program: Celebrate the start of March Madness - with a library twist, of course! The theme of this year's March Madness is a YA Novel Battle of the Decades: 2000-09 YA novels vs. 2010-20 YA novels. During the kick-off event you will fill out your bracket as well as enjoy some refreshments and Trashcan Trivia Basketball. If you can't make the event, be sure to fill out your bracket and hand it to the front desk. The last day to complete the bracket is March 10. Winners of each bracket will be determined by patron votes. Voting will take place via Facebook. Points will be awarded for picking the correct winner of each pairing, and the number of points for each correct selection will increase by round. The final winners will be determined by the numbers of points earned by each person. The winner(s) will win a prize! The prize will be announced at the March Madness Kick-off Event.
