Students that rode the bus during the 2021-2022 school year will automatically be assigned a route for the 2022-2023 school year, so this form is not necessary if your student will continue riding the bus with no changes to their drop-off and pick-up locations.
Please fill out the form linked above if (1) Your student did not ride the bus during the 2021-22 school year and will be riding the bus
during the 2022-23 school year (2) Your student has a new pick-up and/or drop-off location (3) Your student rode the bus last year and
will not be riding the bus this year.
