On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Centreville High School standout Matthew Lorencz’s college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Centreville High School standout Matthew Lorencz’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals, won 25-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Sul Ross State Lobos.

The game took place at Kokernot Field. This was their second matchup against the Lobos this season.

The Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 4 p.m. at Kokernot Field against Sul Ross State Lobos.
