On Saturday, March 1, former Centreville High School standout Jared Spencer’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, won 10-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

The game took place at Las Vegas Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Red Raiders this season.

The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at Las Vegas Ballpark against Illinois Fighting Illini.
