On Friday, Feb. 28, former Centreville High School standout Matthew Lorencz’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves.

The game took place at Rawlings Field. This was their first matchup against the ThunderWolves this season.

The Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Rawlings Field against CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves.
