Matthew Lorencz, former Centreville High School standout, played on Friday, March 7 in NCAA Division II baseball game

On Friday, March 7, former Centreville High School standout Matthew Lorencz’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals, lost 19-9 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Angelo State Rams.

The game took place at Hays Field and City Bank Clubhouse. This was their first matchup against the Rams this season.

The Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Hays Field and City Bank Clubhouse against Angelo State Rams.
