State Rep. Jennifer Wortz, a Republican from Quincy, has announced upcoming office hour meetings in Union City and Hillsdale. Wortz stated that she looks forward to discussing her work at the state Capitol, listening to questions and concerns from residents, and helping those who need assistance with state government agencies.
The first meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 20, at the Hammond House Museum in Union City from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The second meeting will be held on Friday, November 14, at the Hillsdale County Senior Services Center in Hillsdale from 9 to 10 a.m.
Wortz said, "The representative looks forward to sharing about her work in the state Capitol, hearing people’s questions and concerns, and providing assistance for residents seeking help from state government agencies."
No appointments are required to attend these meetings. Residents who cannot attend can contact Wortz’s Lansing office by phone or email.
Wortz was elected in November 2024 to represent Michigan's 35th District. She began her term in January 2025. The district covers the City of Hudson in Lenawee County as well as all of Hillsdale and Branch Counties.
