Whitmer after signing energy emergency executive order: 'We aren't taking any chances'

After a recent collapse of the energy sector in southern states -- particularly in Texas -- Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed a state of energy emergency executive order on Feb. 20, which guarantees ample propane distribution for the weeks ahead.

LaSata hosts Fire Prevention Month virtual town hall

Last week State Sen. Kim LaSata (R-Bainbridge Township) announced a virtual town hall that she will be hosting with state Fire Marshal Kevin Sehlmeyer and city of Niles Fire Department Fire Inspector Driver Rory Iwaniuk to talk to Michiganders about Fire Prevention Month, reported by MiSenateGOP.
