Coldwater Michigan City Offices issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
Friendly Reminder: The City of Coldwater Neighborhood Services Department wants to remind residents of a few City ordinances that help keep your property clean and clutter-free. Property owners should remember the following:
1. Keep building materials stored indoors in the house, shed or garage.
2. Ensure vehicles are operable, insured, and licensed if stored outside of a garage.
3. Keep the sidewalks clear in front of your home.
